any MOTOROLA phones use Mobile Phone Tools do a search on the forum or on the net and download it as for the usb problem just click on the balloon that pops up saying that and it'll take u to a usb configuration screen double click it and select reinstall drive and it should work.

whch software do i use for motorola v551 n i also need the driver because when i put ma cable in itsaya driver not installed propery/ device may have problems
