ive had the same wierd problem...some songs would be perfectly fine while other songs were screwed up. but concerning your problemo, i cant think of any other solution.

Since you know how to put music into ur phone and was successful with some, my only guess is to try getting the songs from a different source and then try putting them in...=/ sorry i cant really help you, lemme think of more solutions

Im still triing to figure out the damn ringtones, lol.li read that if you sent them in a message to your phone.. Open it and it starts to play... Worked so far... When you save it, it goes to my sounds... Howebver, the ones you put there wont let you save as a ringtone, only the pre installed ones will... I called customer service and they triied one with a tech because i exchanged it three times, none of those three or theres would do it... If there is a way possible, I really want to know. Thanks

Goddamn it I have tried all those methods and it's still not working? What's more bothering is that I have all my file names in capital letters for the first letter of everyword, and the phone automatically change SOME of them to lower case, while leaving the others upper case. What's going on.

i had the same problem! but i got all the songs working...

so heres several thing ive done to see how i can get it to work...

    1. convert the songs back to wma to make sure it was covverted properly

    2. MAKE sure the file name is all in english, and no symbols or apostrophes, etc. (just keep it simple i.e. Mariah - Crazy)

    3. Change the file info so that theres no symbols and stuff.

    4. After you transfered all the songs into the card, make sure u wait around 30 sec before pulling out the card.

If any of these methods dont work, keep talking and maybe i can help you some other way =)

No it can't be a length problem, I have another song that's 24 minutes and it works.

I have re-formatted the card many times, I have also changed the order of my transfers, like transfer those 7 tracks first, then the others, but it's always those 7 songs, all the others work fine.

sounds like a format problem, btu what do i know.. 7 songs is alot to not play.. maybe you didnt let it finish transfering, just reformat the card and start it over if its not a big trouble

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. I just got my A930 a week ago, it's the New Every Two from Verizon, so far so good, it's an amazing phone. So today I just got the SanDisk 1GB MicroSD card that goes with my phone, and I have put some music on it already, in the properly WMA format since it doesn't support MP3, all files are in 128bps, 44kHz/16bit. Most of the songs worked flawlessly, but there are 7 songs, part of the same album (2nd disc of Dream Theater's "Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence") that won't play. The phone doesn't detect the songs under "Manage Music", but they showed up in "My Music", and if I try to play them from there, I get "Player Error, Music is not availble". It's also not the memory card's fault because I tried to play the files under Windows from the card and they worked. So I'm really out of ideas here. I would really appreciate your help.
