    Mission Completed Finally.

Here is the solution for data transfer A930.
It took me for at least 3 days to figure it out. First of all, I would like to thank you all giving me info. It is simple as 1 2 3. Here we go...

    1. I bought Vcast Music Essentials Kit from Verizon Shopping mall
    2. installed Samsung USB driver from the CD
    3. installed BitPim (Welcome to BitPim)
    4. BANG. It recognized my phone and sync. all the data from my phone.

    SIMPLE enough?

Unfortunately, I could not purchase the 18 pin data cable in Korea. Eventhough, I went to a Big Samsung Service Center in Seoul, they did not carry USB 18 pin data cable anymore. Moreover, A930 model is not exist in Korea. I guess it is for only other countries. Anyway, I finally bought Vcast Music Essentials Kit for using the data cable included.
I installed USB driver which was included and install PCLink software again.
However, my computer recognize the A930, but PCLink not. Now I am stuck.
    Whatelse I can do...

Thank you for the reply. I did get and install that software. I thought people were referring to a USB driver that was needed.

PCLINK_2003 runs but is not able to detect my phone. My assumption was it's because I don't have the USB driver.

first time poster, but after seeing the amount of help available
you guys might be the only worthwhile choice left

    here's my problem right now

I bought the 930 phone as a bundle pack from wal-mart
(free bluetooth headset, free music essentials kit)

the headset works great, but the music kit does not
I've loaded the usb drivers as I'm supposed to, restarted my computer
and no matter what when I hit the "sync music" button on the phone
it starts to connect - then I watch as it fails. I pulled up my device manager
and watched as the drivers and the phone dissappears from the listings when
it tries to connect. then afterwards, it shows up again.

anyone got a clue on how to fix this so I can get it to connect properly
I've got quite a few songs I'd like to put on my phone and my wifes phone
    (same phone btw a930)

    ??????
