I would have to agree with bigboss, though the insurance thing is fraud and can get you in trouble xD

If you have insurance they will file a claim and you will get a new phone shortly. The speaker on my phone didn't work and they sent me a new phone. All i did was pay $50. If u get a new replacement phone u have to send ur old phone back. If u don't have insurance u will probably end up paying $150+ for the same new phone. My advice if u dont have insurance. Sign up for insurance and about a month later file a damage claim to pay less for a new phone.

What do I do if I can't hear anything coming into my cell phone? If I call it from my house and talk to myself through it I can't hear anything through the earpiece (yes the volume is up). The speaker-phone feature doesn't work either, so it's not just the earpiece. Is there a customer service page I can contact?

    Thanks!
