MP4 is a format for videos. Mp3 should be supported, if not use MMF. Check with PhoneScoop to ber sure if it supports MP3 or not.

and if not.. is there something i can get for my phone that will let it support the Format in question, whether it be Mp4 or mp3?

Well, no, you're not screwed at all. Infact, there are a few options you can use. Your best option is to buy a data cable. It's cheap, fast to learn, and very easy to use. You can also use your WAP browser to download files hosted online ( Google: " Free WAP Mp3 ringtone sites " ), or even e-mail them to your phone (if sprint supports it). Hope this helped!
