Yup, u need usb drivers, set [option to USB] default may be serial.

That's true with any phone. You must have drivers and software like easyStudio or easyGPRS

I know when I used the Korean equivalent the data cable was useless without downloading the software used for transferring the information.

hi can any1 tell me how 2 use my data cable its fro my samsung d500 and its driving me mad cuz i bought it and it doesnt seem to do anything!!!!
