If I use the Sprint Connections Manager will it charge me by the kilobyte? Even though I already pay extra monthly to have internet access on my phone?

go into device manager and check under "modems" to make sure that "Samsung" or "USB" is present

Hello, I'm new here and I have a Samsung A900 "Blade" that connects to the internet via 3G and/or Power Vision network, as I'm sure you know.

Recently I've been told the method for using this phone to "tether" to my computer and get internet data from it; I installed the Samsung drivers and set up the connection and disabled NAI in the hidden menu but when I press "dial", it tells me that I have no dial tone, even though my phone is connected via the USB cable. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
