There should be a feature on the 8910 called Etiqutte, make sure it is off. Here are some simple instructions:
    - press Menu
    - scroll down to Settings and press OK
    - highlight Sounds and press OK
    - scroll down and select Etiquette
    - switch to Off

That should do it! I sell that phone for metroPCS and have customers with that problem all the time.

I just recently got an Audiovox 8910 through Alltel and it has been working fine. But after I had set the ringer to vibrate, I can't seem to switch it back. The menu tells me that the ringer volumed has been changed but the icon still stays on vibrate. I tried turning it off and removing the battery but nothing works! Does anyone have any idea what's wrong with my phone? (It hasn't been dropped or thrown in water or anything to damage it) Thanks a lot!
