I have the programs Cell Phone Manager and Mobile Phone Tools and I can't get my phone to work for any of them.It says the phone is connected but nothing happens.Can someone please try to help the newbie

I still don't see under Devices where that is

I just found it under devices..It is under ports(com & lpt) is that where I should see it?? Good gracious I thought this wouls be easy lol

I have the Samsung SPH A740
I have a Data Cable
I have Drivers
I have a Couple of programs that help transfer files

but I can't get the d$#@$% thing to work

The phone says it is USB Connected but I can't find the phone under Device Manager
