Motorola was notorious from switching-up the end/power and send key. They switched them on the V600 (all versions), V300, etc. They seem to have stopped for the most part when they got rid of their prop. charging.

When I had Qwest Wireless back in the day before it was an MVNO and owned by Sprint (by the way, my dad was the tenth person to get a cell phone from them), My Moto 120C had the keys inverted with the send on the right and end on the left...and I think one of my Kyocera's did, too.

As for the England thing, I don't think there is a difference as I've seen many phones sold here that're sold there.

My old Motorola V300 has the Red "Power/ End Call" Key on the left while the Green "Send" Key is on the right. I figured I have a phone with an error since almost all phones have green on the left while red is on the right, but the Owner's Manual posted on their website has it the same. Green (Send) on the left makes more sense.

Green for send , Red for Reject . Thats a norm, why would any manufacture go against keeping it the other way round ?! It would be just stupid

I tend to agree that the position of the red and green keys are a model thing, not based on country. On my Motorola V300, the green (send) key is on the right, while the red (Power) key is on the left. This seems to be unusual as on most phones, green is on the left, while red is on the right. Maybe the older phones used that configuration.

Are they the same model? I don't think it is a country thing but maybe a model thing. I went to moto's website and put in country of origin US and looked at the Razr - Green/left. I went back to the website entry point and changed country to Untied Kingdom and looked at the Razr - Green left.

I went on the web to look up my old V66 moto that I used with T-Mobile and guess what it was Green right. In addition, the red left buttom terminated the call but did not turn off the phone. There was a third button at the bottom left below the numbers used to turn off the phone.

if memory serves me, every cell phone i ever had was green/send on the left and red/end on the right.

My friend has a Motorola V547 and I was told it was made for use in England. The "Send Key" is on the left, while the "Power/End Key" is on the right. Is that the opposite of USA phones? I am new to cellphones so I am in the dark about this. Also, the antenna pulls-out of the socket, is that supposed to happen? Evidently, this phone can be used in the USA. Is the location of the 2 keys the only difference? It seems that all else is the same.
