I have spent some time looking around and have not found anything. There is one site (Uk). Is there an american site?

I hope this isn't idiotic, but is there a directory of cell phone web pages? And can you use the computer to navigate it if there is one, it seems to take forever for me to search on the phone and I would like to check it out before I dial?
