you have to call customer care. just say that you need the PUK (pronounced puck) code because you are locked out. they will understand.

i just got this phone as a gift a few weeks ago i don't know if it's new or not but i accidently pressed the pin code thing wrong like 5 times and it shut off my phone and told me to enter my PUK? i don't even know what that is or my pin code it told me to call customer care but is there any other way i dont have to plus if i do have to call customer care what do i say? any1 that can reply i would be very thankful
