I put my Audiovox 8615 on charge during the night. When I woke up, I noticed that the external display wasn't displaying anything actually. I removed the battery, put it back, tried to turn on the phone but it didn't work. Instead, it only vibrated for like 10 seconds, then nothing. That time, not even the internal display worked. Nothing. Please help....! I called Virgin's customer service, but I gotta send 'em my phone and I ain't getting it back before 2-3 weeks. So you guys are my last hope! Thanks in advance!
