the specs for your phone say 5 meg internal memory, according to gsmarena.com
I would do as bourn suggest to free up memory.

To free up some memory, try deleting your text and MMS messages, clearing you call history and if you have downloaded a lot of ringtones or wallpapers, try deleting most/some of those.

I have a Motorola phone, Model V300. I've been getting a message saying that the memory is getting low. I have been trying to learn the memory of this model but I don't see it in the instruction manual. Can anybody help?
