Hi there, welcome to the forums! I'm not the right guy to help with Verizon ringtone issues, but we have a Verizon forum as well as a Ringtones forum. There's a pretty good "VX9800 Guide" thread stickied at the top of the Verizon forum, that might get you to a good start...

Hey everybody, Im new to this site and new to cell phone upgrades.
I have a LG VX9800 with verizon. I am looking for info on making ringtons from mp3.
