make sure all you mp3 are set to bitrate 128 or less and it has to be mp3 format

you can also try to convert them with WAVEPAD

all my mp3's work regardless of source. Have you done the update for the phone. It should already have it but you never know.

Maybe you should try the false extension trick and see if it works on the a900. Check my reply to another thread HERE and also take note of Ham3G's reply to my post. What works for the a920 might work for the a900 as well. Be sure to let us know if that does the trick.

I am using windows media player. I think I was reading about using quicktime or so. I thought all mp3 compatible objects would work on the phone whatever the music program is?

Ok, I have purchased the a900 yesterday, and it is working fine. I have done reasearch, and found the software for the mp3's or how to transfer data to the phone. What my problem is that my phone wont play my mp3's that i have from windows media player, so I dont know why it is not compatible. Every time I transfer a mp3 to the phone is says not supported or so. I can transfer pictures, easily put no the mp3's If you need a video or so, I will post it up to see what I am talking about. Thanks in advance.
