Have any of you used it or know about it? It says it has WiFi. Does this mean I can surf the net on a WiFi network without needing a data plan?

I have Cingular, he has T-mobile. I will try to stick my card in it to test it first, but do you think it would work? Any way I can unlock it for free?

I have basically just been looking for a phone I can send pics to/from my computer, customize it a bit more than my LG C1500. I was looking at the Razr til I got this offer.
