Please don't ever post your phone's IMEI number publicly. In fact, don't even give it out to random strangers if they offer to help you! Someone could steal your IMEI to recode their stolen phone, it's fairly uncommon in the USA but in countries where organized crime is prevalent, they have people locked in small rooms scouring the internet for pieces of info like what you just posted.

Do a google search on unlocking and try to find an online service that you can have it unlocked through (one that appears to be legitimate and reputable of course). It would be even better to find a local cell phone retailer that can unlock phones. Sometimes, the independently owned cellular retailers offer this service for a fee. Good luck!
