It takes a little time to get used to where all the buttons are, you'll get the hang of it.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Yes I had already looked through the FAQ after I couldn't see a way to post a question, I was none the wiser. I am noot used to forums so that may be part of the problem.

If you are having any kind of problem, try reading the FAQ's. They will usually be able to help you with most if not all of your questions you have pertaining to the working of the forum itself.

Hi I found this site when looking for info about a company who are saying they haven't received my cash back claim nor that of a friend. Looks like a lot of useful information in the forums.
