    Hi Frank,

I also have the MC60, and you can play wav files on it, however i only supports one type of codec and quality: wav files need to be at 8000Mhz 16-bit mono and saved as IMA ADPCM wav files with standard compression (4 bit). Then the phone recognizes them and plays them without any problem.

Downside of this format is that because of the high compression, you end up with some hiss on the wav files (depending on the content and general volume of the wav, this is more audible or hardly a problem).

    Hope this helps!

Hey, I have just brought one of those phones aswell. It is pretty wicked....only one problem! I cannot get it to play any type of wav file. Is this because the wav file must be 16 voices or should it be able to play anything??

I just got this phone. It supports polyphonics midis.

Queen's another One bites the dust was the first thing to go on it. It only cost me £100 I recommend it.
