I deffinately had the same problem with my phone. couldn't for the life of me figure it out. I've heard that the software BitPim works with the data cable to transfer data to and from the phone. I havn't personally tried it as I've finally got the Bluetooth up and running on my comp, and that worked for everything that I needed. But I would try BitPim it worked very smoothly for me and BT.

Check the Samsung support website for yourself to be sure, but I think I read that the PC LINK software download doesnt work on phones in North America.

I've been trying to find a phone/computer link solution for the a930 as well.

bought a data cable for my new a930 off ebay

no software cd came with it. downloaded some pclink program from samsungs website. i cant get my phone to link up with my computer.

someone help me out please!
