I've talked to Samsung (in Dallas) a couple of times since I got this phone a couple of weeks ago. Their customer service seems to be really good, and if the person you're talking to doesn't know the answer to any of your questions, they try and find someone who does.

I try not to call VZW tech support about phone questions, it seems they have a hard enough time about their own stuff. Besides, at they turnover rate they seem to have and all the new phones coming out...they seem hard pressed to really know alot about them.

    Can someone help me?

Usually with the flip open and the lens pointed at me, I'm upside down and when I rotate it 'out', that image is rightside up. Somehow, by accident, now it's the opposite. I looked thru the manual and I also messed with all the options on the phone itself and maybe I missed it. I think it may have happened in camcorder mode, not camera.

Can someone tell me how to change this setting?

    Thanks...

I just called Samsung. All you do, while in Camera or Camcorder mode, but haven't taken a pic or started recording, is press the volume rocker on the side of the phone and it goes back and forth between upside down and right side up.
