    A neighbor gave me an LG 5550 that is setup for Alltel service.. I checked with Alltel and they don't show the phone as stolen and said it could be activated thru AllTel.. anyone know if the phone could be unlocked and used with another cellular service? Understandably, Alltel is a bit reluctant to answer that question.
