I highly advise you to stay away. It's filled with many innacuracies and red flags. Not only is it a new eBay seller, but he or she is saying that it's a CDMA phone (really a GSM phone) with a 1 megapixel camera (really a 0.3 megapixel camera) and the unlimited plan is certainly not free. If hell somehow froze over briefly when he bought it and got the unlimited plan for free, you won't even be able to get the same plan because you'll need to reactivate the phone, as you can't use his Sidekick account.

I highly doubt that. Either the seller is trying to dupe you or he means that you can use all the communications features as much as you want in the Sidekick Unlimited plan...which costs $20.
