    Federal wiretap laws say that the government can listen to whatever it wants with a proper warrant. I'm sure there are special circumstances that supercede this, however.

    Why would it only apply to nextel phones? I changed the subject of this thread.

    Alot of people are paranoid. If your not doing anything wrong why does it matter? As far as im concerned they can listen to me all they want.

    are the feds really listening in on the calls. i've been hearing a lot of people say that.
