I have Verizon and am able to use bluetooth to connect to my pc and transfer muisc, photos, contacts, etc. with my LG VX-8300. I use BitPim software. Unfortunately, I did not have the same luck with my daughter's SCH-A870. The current release of BitPim did not recognize the phone. I am still looking for a way to make it work and will post any thing that might help.

I don't think that verizon allows that type of use for bluetooth. I'm sure the phone is capable but verizon tends to limit what it allows its phones to do via bluetooth.

Anyone out there know more about this than me. I'd be interested in knowing the answer.
