    How long have you had it? If it's under 1 year, just get it replaced under the manufacturer warrenty... obviously it's a device issue and needs replaced.

    Hello Everyone,

    I am curious if anyone has experienced this and/or has a fix...

    I have the T-Mobile MDA and it works great on the GPRS network; however, my phone never connects to the EDGE network. I have confirmed with T-Mobile technical support that I "should" be getting that service. Unfortunately, the technical support representative told me that they have no tools to evaluate why I do not get EDGE service on my device. I have the latest ROM update from T-Mobile (WM2005 with MR1)...I even have another T-Mobile PDA that does get EDGE service. Does anyone know a fix to get EDGE on my MDA? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have been scouring newsgroups and websites looking for a fix. I would love to get better speeds out of my MDA...
