By itself (with no other features enabled), the phone is only capable of 14.4 kbps dial-up speeds (over the IS-95B network). With NationalAccess it is capable of up to 80 kbps, and BroadbandAccess boosts the speed up to 700 kbps. The only way to get those kind of speeds is by paying the $59.99/month Broadband/Tethering fee (with existing voice plan). Then, you can connect your phone to your laptop and use it to connect to the Verizon Broadband network.

You could do what I do. I downloaded a driver from google after I searched V3M Charger Drvier, then when I plug in my phone via usb I open free juno dial up and set the motorla modem to the default modem then it will log on juno and I can go online, its free just it uses minutes.

Mobile web is just that, a mobile version of the web. It is not intended for any real surfing.

Smartphones such as the Q or the Treo actually have greater ability to surf the web and look like what you expect from your home PC. That service costs $44.99 with an existing voice plan... as long as you have a smartphone.

The service is called VZAccess Connect. It costs $59.99 per month and gives you unlimited internet access on your laptop or PC using your phone as a modem.

But can I access the internet via the verizon service on my pc instead of viewing the phone ? ( For times I am not in a WI FI Hotspot or plugged into a LAN )
Example - online from a park bench not at office.

do you have a transflash microSD card already? if you do, then just go out and by a memory card reader. you can put songs and music. that will be the cheapest and safest way. you can also put ringtones on it too. but you have to buy them from the internet. you don't need anything to access the internet just need the service from verizon. i think its like 5 dollars a month or something like that.

I want to connect USB cable to my Motorola Phone. V3m - Razor
I was told I can transfer photos, create ring tones and access the internet.
I can't find the driver and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
    Thank you,
    Jim Schmidt
