I was thinking maybe 23 was the country code, but it isn't. There is country with the code 23. It wasn't a wrong number. First I got a call, didn't answer, a call from 'Unlisted', didn't answer, than a call again. Today I got another call from the same number, than a txt message that said 'CB:521' . weird.

No John, I've never heard of anything like that, must be overseas or something? I actually got a weird prank call from Jamaica recently, but they have regular 10-digit numbers like us. If the number isn't in my phone book, it just tells me the state they're calling from, and I didn't answer because it said Jamaica. Now, I have a voicemail I will save forever, two Jamaican girls who said they wanted to give me some good ____. LOL

Anyone else get a call from this number? I don't want to answer since it doesn't even look like an actual number.
