Already done. Brought to a Sprint Store and they did the whole thing for me in less than five minutes. Thanks though.

The lock codes are generated dynamically and only work once. You will have to call Sprint CC again to get another one. Your best solution is to take your phone to a Sprint corporate location/store and let them do it.

I gave them a call, but could hardly understand them. Yeah, pretty much an ESN swap. They told me to press ##659813# at the main screen where the time and date are. Then another screen will come up that will have three options. Scroll to Edit then click ok. My number should show, or another number. Hit ok, another number will come up with 10 "0's", type in my number, hit okay. Then scroll down to done and click ok. However, it doesn't work. If all else fails, I'm going to bring it to Radio Shack.

In any case, what's the activation code for the model of phone (SPH-A660), and how do I go about setting this up?

Do you mean an ESN swap? I'm a little confused about your question here. Why not just call Sprint CC?

How do I go about activating the phone on my own? I know there's a way to do it, just forgot the first step. My service provider is Sprint (yes yes yes, I know. Why Sprint? I have the same question).
