also, im wondering if this could be fixed, i thought upgrading would have done it but i guess not. when i play my mp3s, they all end like 3-5 seconds before they are supposed to and start playing the next song? it just cuts off, is there a way to fix this as well?

i just went to a verizon store, and they upgraded my v01 phone to v05, and i find out that all my bought get it now applications arent showing, they phone memory shows as if theyre still saved on there, but when i go into the get it now menu, none of em are there? (example: there is nothing in my Get It Now>Get Fun & Games folder other than Get New App. but i had 7 games downloaded which i paid a full price for and i would like to have them back) anyone know if there is anything smart i can do about this?
