Welcome to the world of mass produced electronic products. The occassional bad unit is bound to slip past even the best QC department. That's what the manufacturer's warranty is for. I am glad that you were able to get the device replaced and that this new one is working out for you.

I have a lg 9900 and it's my second one the first one was only four days old and the number 4 on the front fell off but its a great phone and I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else.
