I'm not sure if it is ALWAYS using data, but it will when you pull the reports using GPRS

Ok but does that mean that it will only be using data when I choose to update the weather report, or is it always using data?

I just went ahead and downloaded and installed Fizz Weather on my samsung blackjack. My main question is about the internet requirments. I did not buy a data package with this phone, as I am not interested in checking my email or using a web browser on the phone. If I remember correctly, they charge 1 cent per kb. My main question is whether or not this fizz weather will be using data, and therefore charging my account. I have it on a 7day forecast, and I am wondering how it will be updating my local weather info without using the internet.
