I know that there are several headphones that I can buy that are made for this phone. The question I have is whether it is my adapter that is causing this low quality sound, or that is just how the blackjack is. I wouldn't want to spend another 15$ on new headphones only to find that it is just the way the blackjack outputs sound.

I recently purchased a headphone adapter off of ebay. It allows me to use any 3.5mm headphones on my blackjack. I tried to listen to music today, and it sounded horrible. The bass was way too high, which caused tons of distortion. It would also change pitch frequently. Does anyone have the real headphones that are made for the blackjack? Does it sound great or like crap from the adapter?
