People buy them because they're interesting.

The dummy phones contain no electronics, so you'd have to buy a working phone, take the innards, and put them in the dummy phone. Not exactly an economical option.

Is there a way I can make a Dummy Phone work? There must be a way, and here must be a reason people buy them on ebay.
