If it hit hard enough, a chip could have been damaged inside of it... a small philipshead screwdriver should be able to remove the screws under the battery/battery door

    hey everyone,

yesterday i dropped my A701 flip phone and the battery cover came off and the battery fell out. when i put the battery back in and the cover on the phone wouldnt turn on???

    1. i made sure the battery was in the right way and nothing was missing...

    2. i tapped the phone a couple times on my hand to try and get it to work....

    3. i plugged both the charger and USB cable in but nothing gets displayed to show its charging or connected and it still doesnt seem to turn on???

any ideas what else i can check??? unlike my other phones (which have all been nokias and i havnt had problems with) i dont think i can remove any other covers besides the battery cover???

any help would be much appreciated, otherwise i might just have to send it off for warranty and see how that goes (its only about 2-3months old).

i take good care of it and have never had a problems with phones before - some have lasted a numbers of years!!!

    thanks very much, Matt.
