Thanks for the help. A freind of mine hooked me up. Gave me his old 526MB sd card so im good on that. Also gave me a program that will send ringtone files, pics, you name it from your comp, to you phone for free. Just counts as a text message from a different provider

You don't need to buy a memory card, the memory in your phone will be enough.

The main thing is that newer phones aren't supported by BitPim, so you need to use more advanced methods to get the ringtone onto your phone.

If BitPim doesn't work you should be able to send the files to your phone with an uploader, just make sure you have unlimited web browsing on your phone before using an uploader.

Just purchased from verizon online. Should be arriving in the next few days. HEre is my question though. I already have the drivers for the phone on my comp and the V Cast music monitor. Only thing I do not have is a data cable. Can get one for Sub $15, I have my ways. Was just wondering....do i need to get a micro sd card. I'm only planning on transferring maybe 2 or 3, 30sec mp3 files for ringtones.....will the a930 have enough memory to hold it? And also, seeing as I already have the drivers for the phone on my comp, is there any reason for me to purchase the V Cast essentials kit for my phone, could care less about the headphones, and the cable. If i am correct, I can just use Bitpm to do the transferring....right?
