program it to a different number. I'm pretty sure there isn't a way to delete it, even after you deactivate the phone the last number will be there. As soon as the new number is programmed in the my # spot will change to the new number.

by programming I mean activating a new number.

If you have the data cable for the phone you can read the lock code from the phone.

I got a sph-a760 phone from a friend and the user lock is on and I can't figure out the code and neither can my friend. What is the code to do to a hard factory reset on this phone. Thank you for your time
