    Hello,
    I'm new, so forgive me if this is the wrong category.
    I just purchased a Samsung m500 with service through qwest. My PAID broadband internet connection is provided through Sprint PCS Power Vision. I bought a data cable and downloaded the drivers, so I could connect through the phone in remote areas while traveling...with my notebook.

    I set up a dial up connection using #777.

    The phone will try to connect, but will come back with this:

    Error Code #67
    Your Sprint PCS Vision user name and/or password may be incorrect. Retry?

    Since I'm a Qwest customer, and not a Sprint customer, Sprint won't help me. Qwest doesn't support me either, (since they aren't making extra money).

    My phone tells me that my user name is: My phone [email protected].

    It does not tell me what my password is.

    I know this will work, but I really have reached the limit of my technical ability and I'm at a standstill.

    Any authentic help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
