    I had the same problem. You might need to buy the mp3 program that Verizon sells. It's semi-ok since it includes the speaker stereo headset that is awesome on it's own right. Good luck. BTW, the songs must be in the wma format since Verizon made it so that the phone cannot play mp3s unless you're in the super secret menu where you can select the option to play ONE single mp3. Yeah, right. I think more than likely your songs in still in mp3 format. I think you can transfer mp3's into wma's through Windows. No special program needed.

    I bought a MicroSD card and formatted it etc. But when I put MP3's into the sound or music folder and put it in the phone they don't show up. The card isn't defective because I tried adding a picture and it showed up in the phone. Anyone know what to do?
