My m500 has crashed. I changed my wallpaper and it locked up on me. I took out the battery, replaced it and turned it on. It shows the "Sprint" screen then plays the welcome music then gets stuck on the "Sprint Power Vision" screen. It flickers every 20 secs or so, but never goes any further. I have taken the battery out and restarted it several times with the exact same result. Is there any way to reset the phone or get it to start up enough that I can delete the bad wallpaper. I have searched all over the internet and have not found anyone else with this problem.
