    bitpim is a very wierd program. it works with some phones only when its in the mood...
    if i were you i would use the program datapilot (its worth every penny) it has support for almost every phone of every company.

    HEy guys.... im having trouble...i have the same phone and when i go onto bitpim settings i cant find com4 or com3 when i click browse..... do i need drivers?... if so how bout a link to download.... thnx

    Make sure you are using Susteen datapilot drivers and access phone by choosing not modem but straight cable port.... which is com4 on mine... You can check this through your device manager.... You have to use the tool of Bitpim to switch the com port every so often... they will set the port backto com3 which is modem port

    Here is my setup... I use data cable from Sprint store and use Datapilot driver for modem and straight cable. They install on com3 and com4.. Use Bitpim and access com4... I can ul and dl OK...

    Has anyone successfully used bitpim to transfer ringtones & wallpaper to this phone ? I have been racking my brain trying to figure this out & I cannot get it to work. I bought a data cable off of someone on ebay & he did not give me the drivers to support this phone. He referred me to these susteen drivers that do let bitpim recognize the phone, but I cannot read the file system or transfer any wallpapers or ringers or contacts. Any help would be appreciated.
