1. loose the caps (your yelling)
2. What size is the memory card? You may only have room on the card for 8 tunes.
3. Make sure all the tunes are the same format and no spaces in the file names

I NEED HELP UNDERSTANDING HOW TO USE THE MEMORY CARD FOR THE MOTORKRAZOR.. I WENT TO DOWN LOAD MISIC AND THEN TRANSFERED IT OVER TO THE MEMORY CARD BUT WHEN I PLACE THE SMALL CHIP IN MY PHONE IT DOESN'T RECONIZE ALL THE MUSIC THAT I PLACED ON IT IT JUST GIVES ME 8 OUT OF 15...wHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET EVERYTHING INTO MY PHONE???
