    seems I am not the first have this happen from what I have read...???
    I used the phone as my alarm to wake up this morning, put my phone back on the table. 20 minutes later it goes into my pocket, drive to work and when I take out the phone the LCD has a vertical crack.
    So yeh I am not happy. I called Nokia this morning and they have to inspect it to determine whethere its warranty or not, which they usually aren't. grrrrrrrrrr
