Does anyone have any ideas?!?!?!

Ok, Let me make a long story short..

My dad was working outside and it was hot and humid out... And he had his phone in his pocket. When he was done working hard... When he was done he was all sweaty and such.. so he pulled his phone out of his pocket and turned it on. But the screen is all messed up now... He took the bak off and the water sticker thing turned red... so it means it got wet.

But everything works, you can call people, and take pics and such. But you can barley see the screen because its all messed up.. AND when you first turn it on it is perfectly fine... I already reset the phone and cleared everything off of it but it didn't help... im just wandering if there is a way to fix it...

Is there anything you can do about it.. Take it apart clean something?
