unfortunately i dont think you can install games on the sgh-a701 (i have the same phone)
but a small hope. if you have internet access on the phone you can certainly download them. i have done this. but if you do find a way of transfering them from hard drive to phone please let me know

i dont know about the games, but to lower the volume on the keypad do this:

menu->settings->profiles->edit-> its shows three objects that u can edit, one is for the phone, one is for txt messages, and the last one is for the keys.

i've been trying all day but i have no clue how to get the games onto the SGH-A701?

also while i'm here i may as well ask, how do you make it so the keys don't make a sound when pressed?
