Apperently "Bell" puts locks on thier phone so that the pay as you go or Solo customer has to pay extra ($5.00/mon.) to use internet fetures. I got these errors until I activated the web service on the phone. I would like to beable to transfer the photos from the phone (3100) to my PC via USB cable but can't get it to work. We need to find a way to unlock these phones. I hate it when big companies suck as much money as they can out of the little guys (me).

I have a 2400 i got a while ago and i had the same problem i went to the bell store and they said i had to make a solo mobile account on there site.
After you make the account you will get an email to go to this page http://www.solomobile.ca/My-Solo/eCare.aspx, then go to solo ecare on the page after you sign in you can see change my rate plan, go to more details, and you can see the web browser but it costs 5$ each month, when you click select then finish you have the web and no more error code
