I recently had a similar problem. Got a free ringtone, they charged me $2.50 for, and then I had a $16.00 charge for internet, which I did use, briefly. I wrote to sprint, I hate waiting on the phone, and they gave me credit for both, explaining internet was extra but they assumed I didn't know it. I was also charged an ETF when I switched from Nextel to Sprint. I was told it was taken care of a few months ago but I continued to receive bills and was finally sent to a collection agency. I wrote once again, and the problem was resolved via e-mail, in about 4 days. In the meantime, they must have misunderstood my complaint, because for some reason the gave me a credit for the activation fees when I switched over. With all the aggravation I've been through, I am going to accept it, guilt free. So they have taken over $120.00 off my bill in the past 5 days. I can't say their customer service is the best, but once you get through to a live person, I have always received credit for one reason or another. Just plead ignorance if all else fails, and they should take it off your bill.

You were lucky, Sprint told me they cannot disable incomming SMS messaging to my phone and if I receive too many messages I will have to pay for them. How did you get incomming SMS disabled?

The 411 charges should be disputed directly with 411. They can tell you when the calls were made and what numbers were asked for. Text messages must originate from your phone number for you to be billed. This cannot be charged in error or by fraudulent use by someone else. Are you sure they were not incoming messages? You are billed for these whether you wanted them or not and whether you view them or not.

First of all, I really appreciated Brad 729, runequester and Dirty-Harry for yours advices and kindness.
I am 100% sure that I didn't make messages and calls because I don't know how to do text message , what is directory assistance calls and when to use that.
Again, I beg your advices how to solve that matter?
I believed I had been abused (atleast me ). If many people same as me, I think somebody should do somethings.
I want to tell sprint that you suck blood from poor people not through the skin, but directly from Heart.
I want to ask all persons from sprint related to this matter, Are you happy that your lifes are survived by trapping , ignoring and cheating?
I deeply apologised for everythings that I wrote above.

Its 99% likely that the messages and calls were, indeed, made.
Contrary to popular belief, companies dont have a department set up specifically to assign fake phone calls or messages to your bill, including picking out times they were made.

This really is a problem for customer service; nobody else is going to be able to reverse the charges to your account. Are you absolutely sure that you are the ONLY person who had access to your phone during the entire last billing period?

Chances are one of your crummy friends did this without telling you. My mom has this problem with her brother, she actually had to change her alarm code to keep him from coming to her house while she's at work to dial 411 and make operator-assisted calls.

Pretty crappy for a brother to take advantage of his own sister like that, huh? Don't think it can't happen to you, I've gotten to the point I don't trust anyone but myself anymore... my friends have taken advantage of my kindness and generosity way too many times to give anybody another chance.

Here's a tip for you, save 1.800.FREE.411 in your contacts and tell your friends about it while you're complaining to them about the charges that mysteriously showed up on your bill and while you're explaining why nobody is allowed to use your phone again ever.
