    What's the bit rate? Play the ringtone with Windows Media Player. While it's running, click on File, Properties. It will show you the bit rate. I'm not sure what the maximum bit rate is for the V3c, but it's probably 192 or less.

    Hi,

    I have created a few MP3 ringtones in the past, e-mailed them to my phone and had no problem with using them as ringtones.

    Recently I create an r2d2 like MP3 by converting a wav file. however, my phone will not play it. Does anyone know why this might be? The file size is 21.3 KB (21,861 bytes). Appreciate any help!
