    Verizon has a promotion until July 31st that lets you get the 8700 for free. With the new every 2 it would cost $50, but if you use the code "mediaphone" during checkout, they give you an additional $50 credit, thus you are getting the phone for free. This was on their website over the weekend but I could not find it today. My guess is that so many people are using it. But it still should be good until Tuesday the 31st (tomorrow).     I am considering buying the 8700. With my new every 2 it would cost me
    $50, but I didn't know if it was worth it since I have heard that the 8700 has some problems with battery life. For those that have this phone, would you recommend it? Also, I read somewhere that you cannot set phone to ring and vibrate together. Is this true?
    I could get two 8300's for free, but don't know if it is worth the extra $50 to get the 8700?
